Welcome to my cake blog ~ these are my cake creations. I love cake decorating. I have been doing it in general since my daughter's first birthday in 2003 but in Feb of 2007 I began taking Wilton courses to learn technique. This cake was for the Sept birthdays at my husband’s work. The brown side parts are made of a chocolate candy clay. All the rest is buttercream icing.
