Welcome to my cake blog ~ these are my cake creations. I love cake decorating. I have been doing it in general since my daughter's first birthday in 2003 but in Feb of 2007 I began taking Wilton courses to learn technique. I had some extra cupcakes and some extra frosting…it was a sign I think that I needed to make these up for us :) These are coconut cupcakes with a coconut pudding filling and chocolate buttercream icing. And little royal icing flowers of course :) Can’t wait until my girls see these later today…boy are they going to be excited for snack time tonight!
