I have been doing it in general since my daughter's first birthday in 2003 but in Feb of 2007 I began taking Wilton courses to learn technique. Here’s another big cupcake for you all to enjoy…this time in green and brown. The “liner” on the cupcake is a chocolate shell - yum! The base cake is a 10″ round…this time chocolate cake with chocolate ganache ;-) Boy were Dave’s co workers lucky this month!
