Welcome to my cake blog ~ these are my cake creations. I love cake decorating. I have been doing it in general since my daughter's first birthday in 2003 but in Feb of 2007 I began taking Wilton courses to learn technique. This cake is for my youngest daughter – her cake to celebrate with family. I wasn’t sure how this would turn out but overall I’m pretty happy with it – and she loved it. 
Its fondant covered…chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and chocolate fondant. She’s in heaven!
