Purple and Pearls
This cake was inspired by one in the book called Party Cakes. I loved the look of the pearls. I iced this one for my course 1 class and the purple turned out…well a little more vibrant than I orginally planned 
But I went with it and piped on some pearls and added some roses. It is all buttercream icing. The first picture most accurately reflects the hue of the icing.
